SJ301is calcium silicate type neutral flux, Basicity factor about 1.0, the particle size is 2.0-0.28mm(10-60meshes), it can used with AC and DC. When DC welding, the welding wire should connected to the positive electrode, the maximum welding current up to 1200A. The welding arc stability, easy to slag off, and has appearance of welding.

Usage:
With suitable welding wires(H08MnA. H08MnMoA. H10Mn2), it can welding common structura steel, boiler steel, pipeline steel, etc. The flux can be used for multiple fast welding, and can be suitable for single-sided welding, especially suitable for pressure vessel, such as oil and gas pipes, tanks and cylinders of automatic submerged arc welding.



1. Fluxes to be baked for two hours at 300-350° C before using;

2. Removal of rust, oil, dirt, water, impurities etc in welding-areas.
